2022 Zoom Info

How to Join the Conference

The conference is upon us ... and despite our best efforts its possible that you still need guidance to get into the Zoom event. Here are the basics:

  • See if you don't have an email from "Zoom Events" - they can end up in odd nooks and crannies of your inbox
  • You can head directly to the Zoom event page. From there you'll need to sign in to Zoom.
  • If your Zoom account uses the same email as the one you provided to NSCEC, you'll be able to click the Register button and enter the lobby. (Don't worry - no $ are involved at this point).

That doesn't work?

Your access is keyed to the email address. So try these fixes:

  1. Create a new Zoom account using the email NSCEC was given
  2. If that's not possible, please send an email to [email protected] with the email account you need to use.
  3. Remember, as a worst-case fall back solution we are recording the sessions and will make them available soon (August)
