Neil's 25 year career as a Dean of College Counseling at The Walker School in Marietta, Georgia, was informed by more 17 years on the other side of the desk.  Beginning as an Admissions Counselor at MacMurray College, he held positions at Bethany College, Newberry College, and culminated in serving as Vice President of Admissions and Financial Aid at Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana.  

Neil's focus on students and families was the central tenent of his service to both higher and secondary education.  Now retired, Neil is living the good life with his wife and two dogs with frequent trips to visit his son, daughter-in-law and the cutest red-headed grandson in the world.
