Developing and Executing an Effective Enrollment Management Plan: Part 1

Via three facilitated sessions, a SEM self-assessment, and supplementary readings, participants will be led through a process for creating a new enrollment plan or refining an existing one. Part 1 will help participants determine their institution’s SEM readiness and identify related gaps. The prerequisites for effective enrollment planning will be reviewed, including a recommended planning process.  Throughout the sessions, there will be ample opportunity for discussion and the sharing of lessons learned and best practices.

This optional, three-day seminar offered by Dr. Jim Black is intended for enrollment management professionals and is limited to 50 participants.  Attendees must be registered for the conference; additional fee of $100 applies.
